The Teen Youth Guidance Alliance (TYGA), a program of the Milan Tigers Youth Organization, is launching mentoring, youth sports, leadership development, and financial literacy programs for youth in Detroit in 2027.

To empower youth through mentorship, education, leadership development, athletics, and life-skills programming that prepares them to become confident, responsible, and successful individuals.
Who we are
Launching in 2027, we are building safe, structured, and empowering opportunities for children and teens ages 5 to 18. Many young people in Detroit face real social and economic challenges, which increases the need for positive youth development, mentorship, sports, and after-school opportunities.
